Testimonials

Our first time here... it was SO good! Pizza crust is amazing and quality pizza toppings. I'll never be able to eat sad pizza again after this

We also got the brussels sprouts, which are delicious and just how I like them -- all the small, crunchy bits with added, bacon, and the chicken wings were crispy and juicy and just perfection. We got them plain without any sauce and added some pepper, and they were just perfect .

I had wine, as I'm not a big beer drinker, but my husband is and he really really really liked their beer. And he's pretty finicky.

We will be back!!

STEPH JUDGEMENT: A lively, popular spot with great food and beers.

The hubby and I came by on a Friday evening at 5pm to meet up with a couple of friends and we had a 30 minute wait--it was already very crowded. We've been fans of riip on PCH for years but don't get down to this area often. Turned out to be a great gastropub experience. The four of us ordered (with leftovers in mind):

- whole cheese pizza (good, but I prefer wood-fired pizzas these days)

- Tomato soup (good flavor, accompanied by many garlic bread spears--could be a meal in itself!)

- Garden salad (fresh produce, with delicious croutons)

- Cheese fries (these were the standout stars of the evening: sooooo good but so not good for you, lol)

- beers (Jetty water, juicy moosey)

The portions were huge and the service excellent. Would definitely revisit, as long as we can get here early enough to beat some of the crowd!

This place has grown to be quite popular since it first opened early last year and for good reason. The pizza and beer selection here is one of the best in the area! Riip has made this location a popular spot to dine at or have some beers with friends watching sports. The ambience here is typically pretty lively and it's almost always decently busy with families coming in for lunch/dinner or people stopping by for a game!

The pizza here is delicious with 2 styles to choose from with one of my favorites being Detroit style and the classic New York style pie. Their beer selection is the same as their original location PCH and they have 15+ beers to choose from at a time and now they also serve wine which is a nice plus!

I came here recently with some friends for lunch and we ordered food and beer including:

Mac & Cheese - 5/5, super rich and creamy with a great flavor and easily shareable

Nashville Hot Dry Rub Wings - 4.5/5, hot and crispy! their dry rub is delicious and has a nice kick as you eat the wing and is one of my favorites. The homemade ranch is also a must and has a great dill flavor in it!

Mo Honey Mo Problems Pie - 5/5, crispy pepperoni, loads of fresh mozzarella, the addition of hot honey and parsley adds a nice contrast of sweetness and herbs that counteracts the richness of the pepperoni and cheese, and the crust was well-cooked, crispy, and not burnt and had a great chew!

Burrata & Hot Honey Slice - 5/5, fresh burrata cheese and cup pepperoni with hot honey is one of the best pizza topping combos that I've had and the individual slices her are quite large and are 2 slices of a regular order from whole pie, so value here is pretty good!

All of my friends enjoyed their beers and one of them even got a beer flight and thoroughly enjoyed all the recommendations from the staff on what to get! Speaking of the staff, they were nice and friendly and answered any questions we had and offered recommendations when we asked for them! This place can get packed even on the weekdays but I would say the wait is worth it for some of the best food in the area!

Highly recommended to stop by if you enjoy pizza and beer and it's also kid-friendly with a mini arcade on one side of the dining area so there's something for them to play with!

Peruvian cuisine reflects local practices and ingredients including influences mainly from the indigenous population, including the Inca, and cuisines brought by immigrants from Europe (Spanish cuisine and Italian cuisine), Asia (Chinese cuisine and Japanese cuisine), and Africa (Maghrebi cuisine and West African cuisine). Without the familiar ingredients from their home countries, immigrants modified their traditional cuisines by using ingredients available in Peru.

empanada is a type of baked or fried turnover consisting of pastry and filling, common in Spain, other Southern European countries, Latin American countries, and the Philippines. The name comes from the Spanish empanar (to bread, i.e., to coat with bread), and translates as 'breaded', that is, wrapped or coated in bread. They are made by folding dough over a filling, which may consist of meat, cheese, tomato, corn, or other ingredients, and then cooking the resulting turnover, either by baking or frying.

Tallarín saltado is a Peruvian dish that is found in chifa cuisine. The name of the dish comes from the word "stir-fry" (saltear), in which the food is fried over high heat in small pieces. To make this dish, some cooked noodles, vegetables and portions of meat are sautéed to taste. The seasoning or dressing comes from Chinese spices and sesame oil.

chaufa-consists of a mix of fried rice with vegetables, usually including scallions, eggs, and chicken, quickly cooked at high heat, often in a wok with soy sauce and oil.[1][3] It comes from the Chinese cuisine due to the influx of Chinese immigrants to Peru at the end of the 19th century.[

Inca Kola (also known as "the Golden Kola" in international advertising) is a soft drink that was created in Peru in 1935 by British immigrant Joseph Robinson Lindley. The soda has a sweet, fruity flavor that somewhat resembles its main ingredient, lemon verbena (not to be confused with lemongrass, both of which can be known as hierbaluisa in Spanish). Americans compare its flavor to bubblegum or cream soda, and it is sometimes categorized as a champagne cola.[

Anticuchos are popular and inexpensive meat dishes that originated in the Andes during the pre-Colombian era, specifically in the Antisuyu region of the Tawantinsuyu (Inca Empire). The modern dish was adapted during the colonial era between the 16th and 19th centuries and can now be found in Peru.

Ajiaco is a soup common to Colombia, Cuba,[1] and Peru. Scholars have debated the origin of the dish. The dish is especially popular in the Colombian capital, Bogotá, being called Ajiaco santafereño, where it is typically made with chicken, three varieties of potatoes, and the herb Galinsoga parviflora, known locally as guasca or guascas. In Cuba, ajiaco is prepared as a stew, while in Peru the dish is prepared with a number of regionally specific variations.
