That’s why we take pride in our signature bone broth, which is included in every bowl of Pho we serve. Our broth is not only nutritious but also boasts of high-quality and deep flavors that provide comfort to the soul. Each batch is made by utilizing approximately 250-300 lbs. of beef bones, meats, and other ingredients that undergo 24 hours of intensive cooking to extract the maximum amount of essential nutrients from the bone and marrow.

I've had the Shrimp Pad Thai, the Specialty Vermicelli, the Garlic Steak Fried Rice, and the new Curry Steamed Muscles. All have been marvelous and left me thinking about the experience afterward.
